Total Wellness Navigators was founded by a team of experts who share a deep passion for guiding individuals toward optimal health and well-being. Our mission is to provide personalized wellness solutions that address every aspect of your health journey, from fitness to nutrition, and beyond.

Our founders, Wayne Gosbee, Matt MacNaughton, and Parker Anderton, bring decades of combined experience in the fields of healthcare, personal training, and nutrition. Each founder contributes their unique expertise to create a holistic, science-backed approach to wellness:

    Wayne Gosbee is the founder of Link2Labs and Labdx4u, with a distinguished career that includes working in the Epidemiology Department at MD Anderson Cancer Center and serving as the Program Coordinator at St. Luke's Texas Liver Coalition. His extensive background in healthcare and lab diagnostics brings a critical understanding of how personalized health data can drive better wellness outcomes.

      Matt MacNaughton is a highly respected personal trainer, dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals through tailored exercise programs. With years of experience in fitness coaching and a proven track record at Morwellness in Canada, Matt ensures that Total Wellness Navigators offers the highest level of personal training and physical wellness guidance.

        Parker Anderton, a clinical nutritionist with a decade of experience, specializes in helping people improve their health through nutrition. His background includes a BS in Dietetics and Nutrition from San Francisco State University and an MS in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. Parker’s dedication to personalized nutrition plans allows our clients to receive tailored guidance that helps them achieve their dietary goals.
